HEALTH SCREEN FOR THERAPISTS AND CLIENTS

All therapists undergo a health screen on each working day. Clients will be screened upon arrival at the clinic. Clients are required to complete the COVID-19 form before attending every appointment
Clients should not attend and will be rescheduled if they:

Have recently traveled to an area with a high COVID-19 infection rate,
-
Tested positive for COVID-19 or have recovered from COVID-19 but is not yet past 10 days without symptoms if you are not fully vaccinated or immunocompromised (5 days if you are fully vaccinated),
-
Have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the past 10 days,
-
Have been in close contact with anyone presumed to have COVID-19 in the past 10 days,
-
Have been awaiting the result from a COVID-19 test, and/or
Have any symptoms of cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, diarrhea or nausea/vomiting

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at our discretion if we deem it is not safe to proceed with treatment
THE CHECK-IN PROCESS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

ARRIVE ON TIME: Please arrive on time (within 5 minutes of your booking) and not too early for your appointment. Please come alone as only those with a booked appointment will be allowed inside
FACE COVERING IS REQUIRED: All therapists and clients must wear a face covering at all times. Please wear a disposable triple layer protection face mask or we will provide you a 3-ply non medical protective face mask to wear in the clinic and throughout the treatment (if you can tolerate)

HAND HYGIENE: Therapists will continue to practice excellent hand/forearm/foot hygiene throughout the working day. Clients must sanitize your hands/forearms with provided sanitizer at the entrance. You also can wash/sanitize your hands/forearms with soap in the bathroom
​
WASHROOM: Please use the washroom at home before coming to your appointment but don't worry, you are also welcome to use our washroom if you need to. Washrooms are sanitized between each use
ONGOING RIGOROUS CLEANING AND DISINFECTION: We have spaced out appointments to allow extra time for thorough sanitization. Linens, blankets, headrest covers, and pillowcases will be changed to fresh, clean ones. Treatment area and room will be fully sanitized between each appointment. All common surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected often. Additional two HEPA, plasma, and UV filter machines have been placed in the treatment room to aid in improving air quality

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment may be made through

interac e-transfer, please use email nbthainaturaltherapies@gmail.com for e-transfer. Auto-deposit feature is enabled using this email so there is no need to set up a password

We do not accept debit or credit card payment

CANCELLATION POLICY: Thai Natural Therapies Inc. has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment if the spot cannot be filled. In case of emergency or sickness, please let me know as soon as possible.
