HEALTH SCREEN FOR THERAPISTS AND CLIENTS
All therapists are fully vaccinated with a booster dose
Clients should not attend and will be rescheduled their appointment if they:

Tested positive for COVID-19 or have recovered from COVID-19 but is not yet past 5 days without symptoms if you are fully vaccinated (or 10 days without symptoms if you are not fully vaccinated or immunocompromised

Have any symptoms of cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, diarrhea or nausea/vomiting
THE CHECK-IN PROCESS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
ARRIVE ON TIME: Please arrive on time and not too early for your appointment. Please come alone as only those with a booked appointment will be allowed inside
FACE COVERING: Masks are now optional for clients. All therapists will continue to wear a face covering throughout the treatment session
HAND HYGIENE: Therapists will continue to practice excellent hand/forearm/foot hygiene throughout the working day. Clients can sanitize your hands/forearms with provided sanitizer at the entrance or wash/sanitize your hands/forearms with soap in the bathroom
ONGOING CLEANING AND DISINFECTION: Treatment area and room will be fully sanitized between each appointment
PAYMENT METHODS: Payment may be made through

CANCELLATION POLICY: Thai Natural Therapies Inc. has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment if the spot cannot be filled. In case of emergency or sickness, please let me know as soon as possible
